1. Who we are
The Money Team Legal Network (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by [The Money Team Legal Network, LLC], provides a legal marketing and attorney-matching service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent you. When you submit an inquiry, we help connect you with one or more independent, participating law firms or attorneys (“Participating Firms”). Any attorney-client relationship is formed only between you and a Participating Firm under a separate, signed agreement — never with us.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, most of which you provide directly:
- Contact identifiers: your name, phone number, email address, and general location (ZIP code and state).
- Inquiry and case details: information you choose to share about your potential claim — such as how and when an accident occurred, whether you were injured, whether you have sought medical treatment, and other details you provide through our intake chat or by phone. Some of this may include health-related information you voluntarily disclose.
- Consent records: the consent you provide to be contacted, along with the date, time, and the specific language you agreed to.
- Marketing and attribution data: the advertisement, campaign, keyword, or link that brought you to us; referring website; tracking phone number dialed; and advertising click identifiers (for example, from Google or Meta).
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and general interaction data collected automatically.
We do not intentionally collect payment card details from consumers. Any payment information from Participating Firms is processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored on our systems.
3. How we collect it
We collect information only after you respond to our marketing. You reach us because you saw or received an advertisement, text, call, or online ad and chose to engage — by calling a number we advertise, clicking through to our website, or completing our intake chat. We do not purchase your identity from data brokers to cold-contact you; the relationship begins when you contact us or voluntarily provide your information in response to our advertising. We also collect technical data automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

- To evaluate and qualify your inquiry and determine whether a Participating Firm may be able to help.
- To connect and refer you to one or more Participating Firms.
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message, or email.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and marketing.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5. How we share your information
We share your information only as described here:
- Participating Firms. The core purpose of our service is to match you with a law firm or attorney. We share your inquiry and contact details with the Participating Firm(s) we connect you to so they can evaluate your matter and reach out to you. Participating Firms are bound both by their professional and ethical duty of confidentiality and by written contracts with us that require them to keep your information confidential and to maintain reasonable safeguards to protect it.
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business — including website hosting, database, email delivery, text-messaging, call tracking, analytics, and payment processing. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it and not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person or of our business.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. In particular, we never share your SMS/text-messaging opt-in or consent with any third party for marketing purposes (see Section 6).
6. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we (and/or a Participating Firm) may send you text messages about your inquiry. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all other information-sharing described in this policy. Information may be shared only with subcontractors acting on our behalf to support the service (for example, our text-messaging platform), and never for their own marketing.
7. Cookies & tracking technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, unique tracking phone numbers, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your interactions, measure advertising performance, and understand which campaigns bring visitors to us. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control).
8. How we protect your data
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls that limit who can view lead data, secure cloud infrastructure, and contractual security obligations on the Participating Firms and vendors who handle your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including connecting you with a Participating Firm, maintaining records of consent, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements — after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, and similar state laws), you may have the right to:
- Know or access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (note: we do not sell your information).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

11. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
