These Terms include your consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email (Section 6), a disclaimer that we are not a law firm and give no legal advice (Section 2), and — in Section 13 — an agreement to resolve disputes by binding arbitration on an individual basis and a waiver of class actions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website, using our intake chat, calling a number we advertise, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of the service — we are not a law firm

The Money Team Legal Network is a legal marketing and attorney-matching service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice, opinions, or representation. Nothing on this site and no communication with us or with our automated assistant constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. We help connect you with one or more independent, participating law firms or attorneys (“Participating Firms”). An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you and a Participating Firm sign a separate written agreement. This website constitutes Attorney Advertising.

3. No guarantee of representation or outcome

We do not guarantee that any Participating Firm will accept, evaluate, or pursue your matter, or contact you within any particular time. Being matched with a Participating Firm is not a promise that any attorney will take your case. We do not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any Participating Firm, and we are not responsible for the legal services they provide. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome; every case is different and is judged on its own merits. Legal claims are subject to strict deadlines (“statutes of limitations”); do not rely on us to preserve any deadline.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Your information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that it is your own information or that you are authorized to provide it. You are responsible for the content of what you submit. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Consent to be contacted (telephone, text & email)

By providing your phone number and submitting an inquiry — including by clicking a “submit,” “call,” or similar button, or by texting or calling us — you give your prior express written consent to be contacted by us and by the Participating Firm(s) we match you with, at the phone number and email you provide, regarding your inquiry and related legal services. You agree this contact may be made:

• by live agent, automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, text (SMS/MMS), and email;
• even if your number is on a state or the National Do Not Call Registry; and
• at the number you provide, which you confirm is yours.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask for help by replying HELP. You may revoke consent by contacting us at [privacy@yourdomain.com]. Revoking consent may prevent us from connecting you with a Participating Firm.

7. Consent to attorney referral

You understand and agree that we will share the information you submit with one or more Participating Firms so they can evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and that those firms are independent of us. Participating Firms are bound by their professional duty of confidentiality and by written agreements requiring them to safeguard your information. We may receive marketing or referral fees from Participating Firms; this does not increase any cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its content, logos, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• submit another person's information without authorization;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass any person;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data from the site.

10. Third parties

Our site may reference or link to third-party websites and services, including Participating Firms and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or services of third parties. Your dealings with a Participating Firm — including any fee agreement — are solely between you and that firm.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any matter you submit will result in legal representation or any particular outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [The Money Team Legal Network, LLC] and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service or any interaction with a Participating Firm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Disputes, binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by law, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. This section does not apply to the extent applicable law does not permit it. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [The Money Team Legal Network, LLC] and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
